who is the unearth™caregiver/child class for? the class is fashioned specifically for caregivers (parents, grandparents, foster parents) and children ages 6-12.
what can I expect? this class will mimic the structure of an unearth™ class, but the movement patterns, music, and content will be tailored to this age group. to best support their developmental needs, this class will be 45 minutes in duration.
what if I have more than one child in this age range? in order to cultivate and protect the intent of this class, space will be limited to one caregiver and one child per family. Not to worry, there will be more in the future, if this applies to you!
